What’s it about?
The Boys is a satirical American superhero TV series that tracks a team of vigilantes as they take on superpowered individuals who misuse their abilities.
In season four, the world is in crisis. Victoria Neuman is nearing the Oval Office as Homelander strengthens his power. Butcher has just months to live while he struggles with the loss of Becca's son. Fed up with his lies The Boys are losing trust with Butcher, however they must come together to save the world before it's too late.

The Boys has built an audience on graphic violence and gore, dark humour and deadly characters. Reviews often suggest that the show goes “too far” with its disturbing content.
Graphic violence
Extreme graphic violence and gore are shown frequently throughout the first three episodes. Bodies explode, people are ripped apart, and characters are splattered with blood. Faces are eaten by creatures, a man explodes after hitting a wall, a woman falls from a building and lands face first, and people are beaten to death, among many other things.
Sex scenes
There are several instances of full-frontal nudity, sex scenes, and extremely raunchy sexual references. There are multiple scenes that show masturbation, including an explicit scene where a man clones himself to perform oral sexual acts on himself while he masturbates.
Drug use
Characters drink in excess and use hard drugs, including a fictional drug created by the series. Drug references and use are meant to ramp up later in the season. One character is a drug addict.
Offensive language
A huge amount of offensive language is used in this series. Words such as f**k, s**t, c**t, b***h are heard frequently throughout the first three episodes.
