Sexual material and sexual violence themes

At times, one character is handcuffed to the bed, strangled, and verbally threatened. The other character's actions initially seem like sexual violence, but it later becomes clear they are engaging in consensual sexual roleplay with set boundaries. However, sometimes consent seems a bit blurred, and a character is at points uncomfortable.
