Drug use
Williams talks about his drugs and alcohol addiction as part of his long journey towards sobriety. He talks about the impacts it had on his life and those around him.
Mental health
The series highlights Williams’ mental health journey and his battle with depression and anxiety. His journey after leaving Take That and becoming sober, as well as the pressure of being famous, took a mental toll.
William’s openly shares some of the lowest moments of his life. This includes references to his attempts at suicide and self-harm. While nothing is shown this could be hard to watch for people who have or have known someone who has gone through similar experiences with mental health.
Sexual references
Known as an entertainer, Williams leans into his sex-appeal image. He is frank in how he talks about past relationships and references the time he said that he slept with four out of the five Spice Girls.
