What’s it about?

In his book, adventurous Harold can bring anything to life just by drawing it. As an adult, he draws himself out of the pages and into the real world, quickly discovering that his trusty crayon can create more hilarious chaos than he ever imagined. But when the power of unlimited imagination ends up in the wrong hands, Harold must use all his creativity to save both the real world and his own.

This movie contains various violent scenes.

  • An old man hits Harold with his walking stick.
  • Harold causes a bike accident in traffic, resulting in him and Moose falling.
  • Bullies threaten Mel, who punches one, giving him a bloody nose.
  • A chaotic store scene features items being knocked over, a puma attacking something, and a fire that forces an evacuation.
  • Gary throws an axe at Harold, who blocks it with a log.
  • They throw a huge rock at each other, knocking Gary out.

Sad scenes

Mel's dad has recently passed away, and he's concerned about his stressed mum. All he wants is for her to be happy.
