What’s it about?

After a stroke of bizarre luck, Joshi and his mother find a truck which appears to be full of speakers. They realise the speakers are a disguise and the truck is worth so much more than what Joshi had thought.

The big question is: will Joshi use what he has found for good or keep it all for himself?

The facts

  • Directed by Alphonse Puthren
  • Runtime: 164 minutes
  • Malayalam, English and Hindi languages

Why did it get this rating?

Violence

The tone of the film is light and positive, including during scenes containing violence. Different characters try to fight Joshi but no injury is shown and it doesn’t look real. There's a lot of dancing and singing which also keeps the tone of the film very light.

Offensive language

There isn’t a lot of offensive language in this film. Stronger subtitles are translated using asterisks, such as “f***” and “sh*t”.

Self-harm

A character is interrupted as he is tying a sheet around his neck which is hanging from the ceiling. The scene is short. In a later scene, the character’s family is shown to be hungry. They receive money, helping their hard situation.

While this might not be a hard watch for some people, those who have had similar struggles and experiences could find this a bit upsetting.
