What to expect

Far Cry 6 is primarily a narrative driven game, which can be played with up to four players co-operatively. During the course of play, the game offers frequent combat violence with a variety of modern firearms, melee weapons and absurd makeshift weaponry. The effect of this combat is rather bloody. Additionally, in portraying a fascist regime, at certain points of the story there are spikes of cruelty and cruel violence. Regular use of highly offensive language contributes to the classification. This stronger content is likely to shock and disturb younger audiences, particularly the scenes of cruelty. Repetitive bloody violence also has a risk of inuring younger players towards violence. As a result, Far Cry 6 is restricted to people aged 16 years and over.
